About the position
Responsibilities
• Communicate directly with patients and their families throughout their hospital stay.
• Assist bedside nurses with patient admissions and discharges.
• Provide patient education regarding medications and care coordination.
• Utilize bi-directional video and virtual resources to support patient care remotely.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience.
Nice-to-haves
• Experience with telehealth or remote patient monitoring.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
