Responsibilities:
 Scheduling Nurses & Home Health Aides
 Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft products (i.e. Word, Outlook and Excel)
 Weekend on Call Rotation
 Sending Shift Confirmations
 Managing trackers & spreadsheets
 Tracking nurses & HHA visits with patient satisfaction calls
 Use various technology platforms for tracking, time management, and pulling of reports.
 Work with various departments on varying patient needs.Benefits:
 Paid Time Off with additional hours accrued annually based upon tenure
 Sick leave/Bereavement Leave
 Up to 2 Work from home days per month to use as you wish (After 6 months of employment)
 Overtime Pay at time and a half
