Acquistions Specialist | Sales Closer
Job Overview
We are looking for a HIGH-LEVEL phone sales closer who can work with homeowners and heirs facing foreclosure and offer them real solutions during a challenging time. You will be speaking with people in stressful, emotional situations and must be able to build trust quickly, control the conversation, and confidently lead them to a decision. We provide red hot leads to work and close.
Responsibilities
• Engage directly with homeowners or heirs facing foreclosure over the phone.
• Listen with empathy, build trust, and educate homeowners about their options.
• Offer tailored solutions, including property sales or alternative strategies.
• Represent our company with integrity, professionalism, and compassion.
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven sales experience / closer
• Real estate experience with foreclosures, short sales, probate, mortgages
• Excellent interpersonal and empathetic, compassionate communication skills.
• The ability to handle sensitive situations with care and discretion.
• Motivated, Self-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
• Someone who can overcome all objectives / obstacles from a homeowner / Heir
• Bilingual abilities are a plus!
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, resilience, and confidence
Compenstion:
• Base salary + aggressive commission structure
• Bonus opportunities for performance
• Work from home

• Compensation:Base + Commission + Bonuses
• Top performers earn $80K–$150K+
Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
