Acquisitions closer

Remote Full-time
Company Description Fast Path RE is a real estate investment company focused on efficiently sourcing, evaluating, and closing property acquisitions. The organization emphasizes streamlined processes, data-informed decision-making, and professional communication with sellers and partners. Fast Path RE operates with a remote-first approach, enabling team members and contractors to contribute from various locations. The company values integrity, consistency, and effective deal execution in all transactions.
Role Description As an Acquisitions Closer at Fast Path RE, you will be responsible for guiding real estate deals from signed agreement through successful closing in a contract, remote role. You will communicate with sellers, title companies, escrow officers, and internal team members to confirm deal terms, resolve issues, and keep all parties updated. Daily tasks include reviewing contracts, coordinating escrow and closing timelines, confirming documentation, and ensuring that conditions and contingencies are met. You will track deal progress in company systems, maintain accurate records, and proactively follow up to prevent delays. This role also involves identifying potential risks in transactions, proposing solutions, and supporting a smooth, professional experience for all parties involved.
Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain clear, professional interactions with sellers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Proven experience in Closings and Deal Closure, ideally within real estate acquisitions or a similar transaction-driven environment.
• Familiarity with Escrow processes, title work, and closing documentation, with attention to detail in reviewing terms and conditions.
• Ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines simultaneously, using digital tools and CRM or transaction management systems.
• Comfort working in a fully remote, contract-based setting with reliable internet access and a professional workspace.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities when addressing closing issues or delays.
• Prior experience in real estate, title, escrow, or related fields is strongly preferred.
• High level of integrity, discretion with confidential information, and commitment to consistent follow-through.
