This role involves developing others, improving systems, and driving consistency and quality across Acosta Solutions.ResponsibilitiesServe as a subject matter expert (SME) for Acosta Solutions policies, procedures, systems, and processes across multiple geographical areas, acting as a go‑to resource for associates and leaders alikeTrain and mentor Acosta Solutions associates on job responsibilities, core systems, and end‑to‑end processes by delivering clear, engaging, and effective learning experiences — both formally and through hands‑on, side‑by‑side supportDevelop, maintain, and enhance training materials and documentation , including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring all content is accurate, current, and easy to followDocumentation is maintained within Acosta platforms such as Acosta Relay, SharePoint, and AcostaGo Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to simplify processes, improve automation, and increase clean pass rates across orders, claims, and promotionsPartner with leadership by submitting thoughtful recommendations and change requestsAnalyze Business Process Solutions (BPS) key performance indicators (KPIs) , monitor trends, and investigate variances from standards to identify root causes and recommend corrective actionsResolve basic system and process issues by applying functional knowledge, leveraging reporting, and identifying recurring challenges that impact quality, efficiency, or service levelsSupport system and process testing efforts by ensuring enhancements and changes are thoroughly reviewed, validated, and aligned with operational requirements prior to implementationHelp establish and monitor production and quality standards , contributing to performance management reporting and continuous measurement of successCollaborate with BPS and Sales Finance leadership to review performance results, share insights, and provide guidance that supports consistent service delivery and operational excellenceManage and maintain trackers related to training, work‑withs, tasks, and projects, ensuring timelines are met and progress is clearly communicated to leadershipCommunicate effectively and professionally across teams and functions, delivering clear written documentation and confident verbal communication in meetings, training sessions, and working forumsSupport project management efforts , ensuring milestones are met and stakeholders are informed of status, risks, and next stepsTravel up to 25% as needed to support training, process initiatives, and cross‑functional collaborationPerform other duties as assigned in support of Acosta Solutions business objectivesSkillsHigh School Diploma or GED required1–3+ years of relevant professional experienceStrong working knowledge of Acosta systems, with the ability to manage training, provide day-to-day support, and maintain accurate documentationIn-depth understanding of Acosta Solutions processes across all roles, enabling effective training, operational support, and system/process testingAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word to efficiently manage information and documentationAbility to retain and apply information to stay current on evolving systems, processes, and policiesExcellent organization and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and consistently meet deadlinesStrong written communication skills to create clear, concise documentation and training materialsEffective verbal communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to train, support, and collaborate across functional teams and lead or participate in meetings and callsAssociate or bachelor's degree preferredCompany OverviewAcosta brings simplicity to retail sales.
