Job description: Responsibilities
• Develop, review/revise and maintain technical documentation, including but not limited to policies, procedures, standards, system architecture/engineering, testing, user documentation, intracompany communications.
• Write, format, edit, review and proof procedural and technical information for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking documentation work to meet deadlines and internal customer deliverables.
• Create, revise and update documentation templates for various specific purposes to be utilized by others and ensuring consistent end-user experience (“look and feel”).
• Expected to work on multiple initiatives/deliverables simultaneously
Qualifications
Technical skills:
• Microsoft Word, Visio, Excel and PowerPoint - 5+ years
• Creating documentation for audiences of various skill levels - 5+ years
• Experience presenting technical information in a live setting such as video conference, formal presentations, classroom training.
Education:
• Degree in technical field such as computer science or focus on English, writing, or communications or equivalent job experience (minimum 2 years).
