- Researching discrepancies and reconciling accounts
- Processing a high volume of insurance payments using 835 payment transaction files
- Manually processing insurance checks and paper remittance advices
- Following safe work practices and established policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in accounts receivable, medical office/facility (front or back office), and/or customer service
- High School diploma or GED
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in insurance billing
