Lucid is seeking a dynamic and high-performing Accounts Receivable Analyst to join the Accounting team. Our team plays a critical role in ensuring optimal financial management, timely cash collections, and efficient operations across Lucid. We also partner cross-functionally to appropriately allocate resources, inform key business decisions, and facilitate the execution of operational plans.
Responsibilities:
Collections will be your #1 focus
Provide top-notch communication to our customers via support tickets
Respond professionally to customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner, giving them the white glove treatment
Tackle past due accounts with enthusiasm and tenacity
Identify and resolve all accounts receivable discrepancies; write-offs keep us up at night!
Recording payments
Become a subject matter expert in Recurly, Salesforce, and Netsuite
Work collaboratively with our energetic sales and deal desk teams all day, every day
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Ability to collect crazy amounts of cash!
Customer service experience
Not afraid to pick up the phone and call customers
Excel proficiency
Passion for working with emerging technologies with an ability to understand new technical concepts
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter with zeal for taking ownership
Ability to work independently with little direction
Out-of-the box and strategic thinker who operates with extreme attention to detail and accuracy
Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple deliverables and meet aggressive deadlines
Motivation for excellence and exceeding expectations
Passionate about teamwork with an optimistic outlook
Responsive, customer service approach
Ability to manage a high volume of inquiries from customers and sales reps
Strong problem-solving and time management skills
Superb written and verbal communication skills with ability to convey meaningful information, clearly and concisely

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Netsuite, Recurly and/or Salesforce
Collections and/or accounts receivable experience
SaaS company experience
