Accounts Payable Specialist

Responsibilities:
Process vendor invoices and employee expense reports accurately and efficiently.
Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, proactively communicating with vendors to ensure timely payments.
Set up new vendors, including collecting W-9 forms and verifying bank information, in collaboration with the purchasing department.
Maintain accurate vendor master records and upload all change documents to the internal network.
Collaborate with purchasing and receiving departments to resolve purchase order discrepancies.
Assist with year-end audits by providing comprehensive accounts payable support.
Process payment runs for checks, ACH, and wire transfers.
Qualifications & Skills:
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
Exceptional attention to detail and a proven ability to identify and resolve problems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with vendors and colleagues.
Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple assignments, and adapt to changing priorities.
