In this position, you will play a crucial role in managing financial disbursements and obligations within a team. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity focusing on full cycle AP, minus expense reporting.Responsibilities: Execute full cycle Accounts Payable operations to ensure the company's financial obligations are met timely and accurately. Utilize accounting software systems effectively to process and maintain financial data. Handle Account Coding tasks diligently and ensure the correct allocation of expenses. Leverage your expertise in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning to streamline financial processes. Keep accurate records of financial transactions and ensure the Accounts Payable (AP) ledger is up to date. Apply your knowledge of Accrual Accounting to accurately represent the company's financial position. Conduct regular Auditing of financial transactions to ensure compliance with financial regulations. Manage Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions and ensure smooth processing of electronic transfers. Utilize ADP - Financial Services to facilitate efficient payroll and benefits administration. Actively participate in Accounting Functions, contributing to the overall efficiency of the financial department.
