Hostaway is seeking a highly motivated Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team, reporting into our Financial Controller and drive our growth in the market. About the role • Expense Processing & Compliance, including daily review of incoming invoices, setting up supplier payments in Payhawk, and overseeing the purchase order system • Troubleshoot and resolve synchronisation issues between our core financial and HR systems (Payhawk, NetSuite, Bamboo). Ensure new employees are correctly set up and allocated within all finance systems. • Maintain the integrity of financial data by managing supplier information and ensuring correct tax code application in the AP sub-ledger for proper indirect tax treatment. • Proactively monitor and manage cash flow by ensuring all company cards and Payhawk bank accounts are sufficiently funded for monthly operations. • Coordinate payment run schedules and prepare payment batches for final approval, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements.
