Key Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee financial accounts for various stakeholders within the horse racing community.
• Accurately process payments, disbursements, and conduct thorough account reconciliations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to horsemen and other relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure precise and timely data entry along with diligent recordkeeping practices.
• Assist in the processing of jockey payroll and manage stake accounts effectively.
• Uphold compliance with all pertinent regulations and operational procedures.

Required Skills
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting-related positions such as bookkeeping, Accounts Payable, or Accounts Receivable.
• Strong familiarity with accounting principles and financial record-keeping.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High degree of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry applications.
• Experience with accounting software is advantageous.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
