Salary: $80,000 - $90,000+ (exceptional candidates may be considered above range)
Location: Remote (U.S. East Coast or Central Time Zones Only)
Office Situation: 100% Remote

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support a small billing team
Review revenue activity, invoicing, collections, and billing processes
Manage deferred revenue and revenue recognition activities
Perform bank reconciliations and support month-end close
Process payroll and oversee related accounting activities
Review accounting data for accuracy and compliance
Assist with automation initiatives and process improvements
Partner with leadership on accounting operations and reporting
Qualifications:
SaaS accounting experience
Revenue recognition experience
Deferred revenue experience
Month-end close experience
Strong bank reconciliation experience
Prior leadership or supervisory experience
Strong understanding of accounting principles
Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables
Preferred:
Sage Intacct experience
Maxio / Chargify experience
Payroll processing experience
Accounting degree
Power Query experience
Multi-state payroll exposure
