Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including recording transactions and reconciling accounts.Prepare and send invoices to clients in a timely and accurate manner.Process payments, ensuring compliance with agreements.Monitor accounts payable and receivable to maintain cash flow efficiency.Generate and analyze financial reports to support strategic decision-making.Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.Ensure compliance with tax and legal regulations for a U.S.-based business.Collaborate with other team members to improve financial workflows and systems.
Qualifications
2+ years of proven experience as an Accounting Specialist, Bookkeeper, or similar role.Proficiency in accounting software.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
