About the Role You will use your excellent communication and computer skills to assist with customer questions, inquiries, and issues. As an Accounting Services Associate, you will be responsible for: • Performing or managing a range of accounting services in various functions which may include accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, cost accounting, tax accounting, and cash management accounting. • Analyzing and preparing statutory accounts, financial statements, and reports. • Maintaining accounting and financial records and reports, including general ledger, financial statements, regulatory and management reports. • Providing accounting guidance related to proposed transactions to ensure conformity with local country Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, International Financial Reporting Standards, and company policies and procedures. • Escalating documents requiring attention to be completed. Requirements To be successful in this role you will: • Have a High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education • Have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship • Have excellent computer skills with a knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • Be able to successfully pass a background check and drug test • Understand the of basic accounting principles • Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting services Working with us Join a rapidly growing organization that can support your career goals. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $33,600 - $42,000.
