Accounting Operations Lead

Responsibilities Management of the global Finance Operations function: accounts payable, corporate expenses, revenue, and banking operations End-to-end financial process ownership, including procurement and supplier settlements, invoice and payment processing; intercompany transactions, revenue recognition, and reconciliation Ensuring fast and high-quality financial period close (Fast Close) Ensuring accuracy of financial data and minimizing errors Management of accounts payable and employee corporate expenses (travel, advances, corporate cards) Oversight of banking operations, reconciliations, and intercompany settlements Automation and optimization of financial processes to reduce manual work Monitoring key KPIs: processing speed, transaction cost, error rate, overdue and unreconciled transactions Development and enforcement of financial operational policies and internal controls Management of a distributed team and development of the Finance function Requirements 5+ years of experience in Finance / FinOps / Accounting, including 3+ years in leadership roles within international tech companies or fintech Experience managing distributed teams (AP, AR, Cash) Strong experience in process design and building scalable workflows Experience transforming manual processes into automated solutions Deep knowledge of ERP system architecture (BAS, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) Upper-Intermediate level of English Will be a plus Experience in fintech Participation in finance function transformation Knowledge of IFRS We offer 20 paid vacation days per year 10 paid sick leave days per year Public holidays as per the company’s approved Public holiday list Medical insurance Opportunity to work remotely Professional education budget Language learning budget Wellness budget (gym membership, sports gear and related expenses)
