Visit our website atwww.cleanspark.com.Job OverviewThe Accounting Manager - Fixed Assets leads the fixed asset accounting function, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with GAAP. This role involves managing a team, overseeing CIP, and collaborating with finance, operations, and procurement teams to enhance asset tracking and reporting processes. Responsibilities and Duties Oversee the fixed asset accounting process, including acquisitions, disposals, transfers, and depreciation.Manage Construction in Progress (CIP) tracking, ensuring timely capitalization and proper accounting treatment.Develop and maintain fixed asset policies, procedures, and internal controls.Lead month-end and quarter-end close processes related to fixed assets.Prepare and review fixed asset reconciliations, roll-forward schedules, and financial disclosures.Collaborate with operations, procurement, and IT to ensure proper tracking and recording of fixed assets.Support financial reporting, including SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q).Work closely with auditors to support fixed asset-related audit procedures.Drive process improvements in fixed asset tracking and reporting through system enhancements.Supervise and mentor staff accountants in fixed asset-related responsibilities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA preferred.5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with a focus on fixed assets.Strong understanding of GAAP and fixed asset accounting principles.Experience with NetSuite, fixed asset subledgers, and CIP tracking.Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring accounting staff.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Experience in the Bitcoin mining or data center industry is a plus.
