We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning. Responsibilities:
Day to day Accounting; month-end close; week reconciliations.
Assist with audit.
Prepare and analyze accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
Ensure transparency and clarity in financial reporting to support informed decision-making.
Lead and mentor the Staff Acccountant.
Conduct regular performance review and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, coordinating internal and external audits as required.
Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard the organization's assets and financial integrity.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations.
Streamline workflows and leverage technology to drive automation where possible.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent designation required.
4+ years of experience and at least 1 year in a managerial position.
Proficient in accounting software, financial modeling, and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions based on financial data.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Adherence to ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
