Accounting Associate

The Accounting Associate will support core accounting processes, financial reporting, and day-to-day operations, contributing to a dynamic environment focused on digital assets and financial services. Responsibilities Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes Prepare balance sheet and P&L reconciliations Prepare and record journal entries Record invoices and support the order-to-pay cycle Assist in the preparation of financial statements in line with US GAAP Support treasury activities as needed Assist in preparing audit support and responding to auditor requests Support system implementations and upgrades, including accounting and finance ERPs Skills Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Accounting, Finance, or related field 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience; public accounting/PCAOB experience preferred Strong attention to detail with a hands-on, proactive approach Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel CPA or progress toward CPA preferred Experience supporting financial reporting and close cycles preferred Experience in SaaS, software, or financial services environments preferred Familiarity with IFRS, COSO, and SOX frameworks preferred Experience with accounting/finance ERP systems preferred Benefits A monthly wellness credit for personal use, such as gym memberships, massages, or even a ski pass for your next holiday.
