Accounting Associate

Pacific Smoke International Inc. is a leading distributor of electronic vaporizers and award-winning vaping products in Canada. They are seeking an Accounting Associate to join their team, responsible for verifying invoices, monitoring account balances, and collaborating with the Customer Service team for claims on damaged shipments. Responsibilities Verify and reconcile invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents, flipping verified invoices to bills in NetSuite promptly and accurately Review B3 forms downloaded from UPS Assist, verifying that the Good Value, GST amount, and Excise Tax charges align accurately with our landing cost and vendor bill amounts Recording daily payment deposits from EFT/EDI/Wire/Direct Deposit Payments, ensures accurate and timely recording against bank statements and internal records.
