ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT (PART-TIME)
We are looking for an Accounting Assistant (Part-Time ; 10 - 20 hrs/wk) who
can perform the following job functions -
? Prepare and verify daily invoices and reports
? Process credit card payments
? Process accounts receivables and payables
? Compile monthly tax reports
Successful candidate must have
? Must be knowledgeable with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
? Should have accounting knowledge (Accounting Major preferred)
? Excellent customer service & organizational skills
? Strong work ethic
? Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Web Applications)
? Clean driving record with access to a reliable vehicle
