Accounting Analyst (QuickBooks, Finance) | $34/hr Remote

Compensation:
$45 per hour
Location:
Remote
Commitment:
40 hours/week with a minimum of 4 hours overlap with PST
Role Responsibilities
• Respond to customer queries through omni chat platforms
• Handle accounting-related questions requiring deep financial expertise
• Support SMB business owners with bookkeeping and financial guidance
• Analyze and interpret financial data to provide accurate responses
• Complete assigned PPT-based tasks as needed
• Provide support for both general help questions and complex accounting queries
• Deliver high-quality omnichannel support experiences for SMB customers
Requirements
• Active user of QuickBooks Online (QBO)
• Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping
• Prior experience with omnichannel chat support
• Strong understanding of financial concepts and data analysis
• Ability to handle complex, data-driven accounting questions
• Experience working with SMB clients preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
