We have communities of remote employees across the US - join our team and see why we are so excited to work here!What’s the role?As a member of our Analyst team, you would have the following responsibilities:Perform end to end accounting process for multiple clientsMaintain the books up to date by utilizing softwares such as QBO and DextReconcile clients’ bank and accounting ledgersProcess A/P invoices using bill-pay systems such as Bill.com and RoutableProcess payroll journal entriesPrepare, analyze, and review of month-end financial statements and supporting schedulesPerform accounting related project based tasks assigned by the managersProblem solve with a technology-first mindsetProactively identify opportunities for automationEnsure all daily, weekly and monthly deadlines are metQualifications:2+ years of QuickBooks Online experience is required.Experience in Xero is a plus2+ years of end-to-end accounting experience.1+ years of Accounts Payable experience.Exposure to managing multiple clients' books is requiredExperience with AP SMB Point Solutions such as Bill.com or Routable. is a plusExperience with cloud accounting tools like Xero, Dext, Expensify, Hubdoc, Settle, etc., is a plus.Experience as an accounting reviewer is a plus.Good interpersonal communication skills; ability to communicate with AMs and Clients.Strong Analytical SkillsThe offer:Shift: 7am to 4pm PH time, Mon-Fri (subject to change)Government benefits thru PSG Global Solutions as an employerFully remote, equipment will be providedFlexible company cultureManagement opportunities and ongoing trainingOur Values Do the right thing Default to transparency Move fast, make things better Win togetherDecimal is full of passionate people who are driven in a variety of disciplines—and each of them brings their unique perspective to everything they do.
