About Us:
We are a dynamic team seeking a talented Accounting Administrator II to join our remote team. As a key member of our accounting services branch, you will play a crucial role in planning, organizing, and evaluating fiscal systems and accounting activities for the Wildlife Conservation Board (WCB) and Department of Fish and Wildlife (DFW).
Responsibilities:
As an Accounting Administrator II, you will:
- Directly supervise a team of Office Technicians and Accounting Administrators I supervisors
- Supervise and train accounting staff in their respective duties
- Provide accounting/fiscal data necessary for Departmental and Control Agency needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to complete work assignments and meet deadlines
Requirements:
To be eligible for this position, you must either be transfer eligible or take and pass the following exam: Accounting Administrator II: Exam Link. You will also need to possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment.
