The Accounting Administrator will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing accurate financial reporting. Responsibilities
Manage billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable/credit cards.

Perform general ledger accounting and reconciliations.

Process payroll using outsourced software.

Handle human resources tasks, including employee engagement activities and onboarding/offboarding.

Conduct office administration duties.

Prepare custom reports and assist with special projects as required.
Requirements
Proven experience in an accounting role, particularly in billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.

Prior experience processing payroll.

Experience using accounting software, particularly Quickbooks, is preferred.

Advanced Excel skills, including filters, Vlookup, and pivot tables.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change frequently.
