We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support our Accounting team with core financial processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions. This role ensures accuracy in invoicing, efficient payment processing, timely collections, and maintains financial records to uphold operational and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee accounts payable tasks such as processing invoices, maintaining vendor accounts, reviewing expense reports, and preparing payments.
• Manage accounts receivable duties, including generating invoices, tracking payments, maintaining account records, and addressing customer inquiries.
• Assist with payroll-related functions, including journal entries, coordinating with payroll vendors on tax compliance, and maintaining accurate benefit records.
• Create and maintain various financial and administrative reports, presentations, and documents using Microsoft Office tools.
• Support special projects and contribute to overall organizational objectives.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or equivalent education and experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial administration, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.
• At least 1 year of experience in cost accounting or project accounting.
• Proficiency in reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies with attention to detail.
• Expertise in Quick Books Online and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality.
• Self-motivated with the ability to identify and resolve issues independently.
