Cornerstone Youth Collective (CYC) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing foundational community support services. We are seeking a Financial & Grants Manager who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in financial management, social work billing, and grant writing.
Key Responsibilities:
Billing & Compliance
Manage ProviderOne billing for Medicaid-related services in Washington.
Ensure compliance with Washington Labor & Industries (L&I) filing requirements.
Oversee and maintain accurate documentation of billing processes.
Payroll & Financial Management
Process payroll using Gusto, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for employees.
Manage financial records, track expenses, and oversee budgeting.
Monitor organizational spending and ensure financial sustainability.
Grant Writing & Management
Identify, write, and submit grant applications to secure funding.
Maintain grant compliance and reporting requirements.
Track funding opportunities and manage grant deadlines.
General Accounting & Reporting
Maintain and reconcile financial records.
Prepare reports for leadership and funding agencies.
Ensure financial transparency and best practices.
Qualifications:
? Experience with ProviderOne billing (required).
? Familiarity with Gusto payroll processing (preferred).
? Knowledge of Washington State L&I filings and compliance (required).
? Strong background in accounting, bookkeeping, and nonprofit financial management.
? Proven experience in grant writing and fundraising.
? Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain financial accuracy.
