Accountant (Construction)

Construction Accountant Greenwich, CT Direct Hire $90,000-$95,000 Key Responsibilities • Manage job cost accounting in Yardi Construction Manager for 3-6 active development projects • Enter and track construction contracts, including adjustments for change orders • Code invoices, monitor budget changes, and run construction cost reports • Prepare lender draw packages and associated documentation • Perform bank reconciliations and assist with general accounting tasks as needed • Work closely with project managers, development leads, and the accounting team to ensure accuracy and alignment • Help improve and streamline processes within Yardi CM to increase efficiency and accuracy • Not a field role - no site visits required Requirements • Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related • 2+ years of experience in construction or development accounting • Advanced knowledge of Yardi Construction Manager.
