Accountant, Bookkeeper – Fixed Project
Job Description:
• Support a one-time, short-term project focused on preparing and filing year-end accounts for two entities
• Reconcile transactions from bank statements and Stripe for both entities
• Prepare year-end financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet) for a UK entity covering approximately six months of trading
• Prepare equivalent financial statements for a Wyoming LLC
• File accounts with Companies House (UK) and manage Wyoming state reporting requirements
• Provide guidance on any applicable US federal filing obligations
• Work with a low volume of transactions, including fewer than 30 B2B invoices and Stripe B2C data
Requirements:
• Qualified Accountant or Bookkeeper
• Proven experience filing UK company accounts with Companies House
• Familiarity with Wyoming LLC reporting requirements is a strong advantage
• Experience working with early-stage startups or small businesses
• Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision
