What you’ll do You’ll help keep Aleyant financially strong by: Managing day‑to‑day accounting operations including AP/AR and customer billing Preparing bank and credit‑card reconciliations Posting journal entries and supporting month‑end close Maintaining revenue schedules and financial documentation Preparing VAT filings (Modelo 115, 303, 349, 390 & 347) Assisting with audits and delivering ad‑hoc financial analysis Collaborating with global teams and contributing to process improvements You'll also work flexible hours to connect with our US corporate office — because at Aleyant, we work as a global team . What you bring Instead of focusing on years, we value relevant accounting experience and the ability to work proactively and independently in a global environment. Relevant hands‑on accounting experience Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy Experience with NetSuite or similar accounting systems Strong organizational and analytical skills Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills Fluency in English & Spanish Availability on short notice or ideally immediate availability
