As Konovo continues transitioning from a service-oriented model to a product-driven platform, we are expanding our Bengaluru-based team. The Account Support Specialist owns the end-to-end bidding and feasibility process for healthcare market research projects while managing day-to-day client relationships. In this role, you will translate client research needs into accurate, timely proposals and coordinate internally to ensure projects are scoped effectively from the outset. This Account Support Specialist role is for you if you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative global environment and take pride in producing high-quality, client-focused proposals with minimal oversight. How You’ll Make an Impact: Lead the end-to-end proposal development process for global accounts, ensuring pricing is competitive and aligned with profitability targets. Further develop and refine ability to understand client needs, crafting tailored, insight driven solutions that align with budget requirements, timelines, and strategic goals. Support Business Development + Account Manager in achieving booking and margin targets across assigned accounts by proactively identifying opportunities, strengthening client engagement, and ensuring commercially sound proposals. Drive revenue growth by addressing client objections, highlighting Konovo’s unique value propositions, and securing project commitments. Produce clear, concise, and accurate sales handover documentation for the project management team, highlighting all client specific requirements and expectations. Stay actively informed on industry developments, monitoring healthcare market research trends, client activities, and competitor movements across the European region to anticipate needs and strengthen strategic account decisions. Leverage Salesforce (CRM) to accurately track bids, pipeline activity, and sales progress, ensuring clear visibility and smooth coordination across teams. What We’re Looking For: A proactive and strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Minimum of 1-2 years in account management within the healthcare research sector. Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel. Salesforce is an advantage. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, and the ability to work in cross-functional teams. A fast learner – looking to develop and strengthen skill set through deep collaboration with Account Manager. High attention to detail and proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
