Account Support Officer - Work from home
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated Account Support Officer to join our team at Walt Disney. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Fort Worth, Texas. As an Associate Level Account Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and... efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have
- Assist with account management tasks such as processing orders, invoicing, and resolving billing issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their needs and provide proactive support
- Analyze data and reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Resilient and resourceful personality traits
- Strong strategic planning and people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
