Account Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

State Street Corp. is seeking a part-time Account Support Manager to work from home in Columbus, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a similar role and possess the following personality traits: reliability and independence. Responsibilities:
- Manage client accounts and provide support as needed
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Analyze account data and provide insights to improve performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns
- Monitor account activity and identify opportunities for growth
- Prepare reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 8+ years of experience in account management or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Knowledge of financial services industry is a plus
