The Account Specialist will manage SMB accounts, focusing on onboarding and activation, while promoting maximum usage of the product to support company growth. Responsibilities Execute day-to-day responsibilities associated with Remote Activation Accounts Meet weekly and monthly activation and usage targets as designated by the leadership team Manage onboarding and activation for single store locations Review account performance and revenue data; develop and implement strategies to increase usage and ROI Identify gaps within processes and resolve them efficiently and in a timely manner Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures Take on variable, rotating duties as assigned Skills Excellent verbal & written communication and facilitation skills Experience in leading and training accounts Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work collaboratively with others Intelligent, go getter, ambitious, self-motivated individual who is hungry for success Highly efficient and organized Proven experience in putting together business plans and data analysis Proficient in Google Suite and Salesforce Sales experience a plus Benefits Company equity via stock options Company Overview Sunbit offers pay-over-time technology that allows users to finance everyday expenses by dividing payments into manageable installments.
