Requirements:

Our company is growing and we are searching for inside sales representatives who can establish, develop, and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers. We are looking for versatile sales reps to generate new business opportunities, identifying target clients by employing the company’s sales strategy. This position requires superb multitasking skills.

At EDS, we streamline our sales approach by entrusting the entire process, from lead generation to closing, to one individual, rather than dividing it between setters and closers. This not only ensures a cohesive client experience but also allows us to offer a more generous commission to those who manage the full sales journey, recognizing their comprehensive contribution to our success.

At this time we are looking for candidates who have experience in the following industries: construction, real estate, and sports. The ideal candidate is familiar with the following web services:
• Web Design and Development
• Digital Advertising (PPC – Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads)
• Social Media Management

Looking for a candidate with:
• strong interpersonal and written communication skills who is able to be part of an online team yet work independently without supervision.
• strong knowledge of sales and marketing/CRM tools like GoHighLevel, Hubspot, ActiveCampaign, MailChimp
• superb time management skills

What you’ll do at EDS:

You will own your sales pipeline along with the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to close. You are a go-getter and excel at identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and developing tailored proposals that speak directly to their goals. Your role involves:
• Strategic Prospecting: Conducting thorough market research to identify high-potential leads and making the first contact through various channels.
• Make outbound prospecting calls to potential customers.
• Relationship Building: Engaging with prospects through meaningful conversations, understanding their challenges, and positioning EDS as the solution to their needs.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments of potential customers.
• Pipeline Management: Utilizing CRM tools to meticulously manage your sales pipeline, ensuring all sales activities are tracked and opportunities are maximized.
• Custom Solutions: Crafting customized proposals that align with the unique requirements of each prospect, demonstrating how EDS’s services can drive their success.
• Connect with customers and new leads and promote the company’s services. This will require that you prioritize and respond to incoming client calls and emails.
• Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiating terms and closing deals, ensuring both client satisfaction and profitability for EDS.
• Maintain client relationships and sales information data for each account
• Prepare sales reports of business activity and results.
• Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers
• Collaboration and Feedback: Working closely with the marketing and service delivery teams to ensure a seamless client experience and to provide feedback on market needs and trends.

Your proactive approach and dedication to understanding the intricacies of each client’s business will be key to your success at EDS.

Excellent compensation commission structure only (tier-based). This position is an independent contractor (1099) with the possibility of renewal or converting into a full-time salaried position.
