Responsibilities
Process accounts payable transactions accurately and timely
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Maintain organized financial records and documentation
Assist with month-end closing procedures
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with financial policies
Prepare and process payment batches
Respond to vendor inquiries and manage relationships
Participate in financial audits as required
Requirements
Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of commercial real estate financial practices is a plus
