They are seeking an Account Operations Associate to serve as a bridge between their products and retail accounts, ensuring smooth operations and account growth.ResponsibilitiesWork with retail accounts (and, as needed, global distributors) to understand their growth and ordering plansSupport account growth by applying established retail strategies and best practices and escalating opportunities to the teamCoordinate retailer onboarding for assigned accounts, ensuring required steps are completed and timelines are metSupport business reviews by coordinating logistics and preparing performance reports on account performanceHandle purchase order processing and order communicationsTrack customer benefits and identifying customer eligibilityDevelop and implement recovery plans if necessaryBecoming absolute BFF’s (friendship bracelets highly encouraged) with our retail partnersNo direct reports – you get to lead the charge, without managing your fellow flamingosThis role is in the Sales Operations and Enablement team and will report directly to the Manager of Sales Operations & EnablementPerform other related duties as assignedSkills1+ years of professional experience navigating the high-stakes world of order management for national chain accountsProven experience working in a wholesale B2B environment (a BIG plus if in CPG setting)Is a NetSuite (or other enterprise-level) wizard who can navigate complex systems without losing their coolPossess a black belt in EDI transactions, with the ability to resolve exceptions and keep the data flowing like a smooth California breezeDemonstrates a strategic brain for data, specifically when it comes to analyzing POS data and sell-through reportingSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skillsA self-starter who can rely on their skill in prioritizing and organizing their workflow to coordinate multiple departmentsDependable with the willingness to take the initiative to work collaboratively and with a sense of urgencyLoves the work more than a paycheckThinks planning and organizing are funLoves getting and giving feedbackIs into personal growthThinks fun is doing great work (not just partying)Is proactive and an independent problem solver!
