Pipeline ownership | Track conversations in CRM, set next steps, and move prospects from quote to close with urgency and empathy.
Client on-boarding | Deliver seamless, policy-accurate hand-offs to service team and celebrate new customers with a âwowâ experience.
Community presence | Represent the agency at local events, charity drives, and networking groupsâliving the âgood neighborâ promise.What Success Looks Like
First-year earnings: $50 Kâ$80 K (base + commission + bonuses)
Key metrics: weekly quotes issued, policies closed, premium written, retention rate
Career track: top performers earn advanced licensing, mentoring, and a roadmap toward agency ownership

The Ideal Candidate
1-3 yrs success in phone or face-to-face sales (insurance, banking, auto, or hospitality a plus)
Goal-oriented closer who loves friendly competition and measures everything
Active Nevada P&C licenseâor ability to obtain quickly
Bilingual Spanish/English welcomed (over one-third of Clark County is Hispanic)
Tech-savvy (CRM, quote systems, video chat) and comfortable with social selling

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
