THE HAM-FARM, Jack Hamblet State Farm in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member for Jack Hamblet - State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance.
Responsibilities
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Requirements
Sales experience required (State Farm Agent's office experience preferred)
Excellent interpersonal skills
People-oriented
Detail oriented
Pride in getting work done accurately and timely
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to effectively relate to a customer
Knowledge of life products
Knowledge of health products
Bilingual - Spanish required
Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain within 60 days, you got this)
Life and Health license (must be able to obtain within 60 days, we believe in you)
SIE, Series 6 and 63 (must be able to obtain within first year)
Courses on ethical and customer centered sales practices will be required
Selected candidate is expected to remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education
Position may require irregular working hours (but really it's 8:30-5:30 M-F but very rarely we ask if you want to work an event)
