Engage with customers through multiple channels, including in-store, digital, and outbound prospecting, to build strong relationships and identify new business opportunities.
Mentor retail sales representatives to achieve business results and drive sales growth through the retail channel.
Utilize solutions-based selling techniques to address business problems and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Conduct outbound sales prospecting and customer visits to grow the customer base and retain existing accounts.
Use sales enablement systems and tools to track, forecast, and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
Three or more years of relevant work experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
Nice-to-Haves:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant certifications/college courses.
Outside sales experience, including outbound prospecting, with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
Wireless sales experience and the ability to influence a team to drive sales results.
Excellent people skills, including influencing, negotiating, and conflict resolution.
