- Sells and orders product at accounts on an assigned sales route. Determines product needs and places and transmits appropriate orders for each one. Utilizes Spring Mobile technology for order processing and inventory.
- Communicates account activities daily with leaders, operations, and merchandising to ensure quality and timely service to the customer.
- Executes big event marketing, pillar programming, and mandated features and ad activity while maintaining the proper inventory levels to ensure customer satisfaction and company standards are being met.
- Builds, changes, and removes product displays and POS (Point of Sale); cleans product space and secures damaged or defective product. Transports, replaces, and maintains POS advertising as appropriate for the account.
- Ensures consistent adherence to merchandising and customer service standards; stock and merchandise products in the allocated beverage section including coolers, racks, and secondary displays.
- High School Diploma or GED is required. Bachelors degree is preferred.
- Minimum of two years of work experience required.
- Customer service experience in a retail environment or in a sales position being held accountable for sales targets preferred.
- Basic computer application and technology skills; knowledge of how to operate a smart phone and/or laptop.
- Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, driving record within policy guidelines including no major violations within the last three years.
- This position requires you to use your personal vehicle during work hours with reimbursement. Proof of insurance covering business use is required at time of hire.
- Must be open to flexible schedule; may be required to work some holidays to meet customer demands.
