In this role, you’ll forge lasting business relationships by pursuing opportunities and delivering first-in-class customer service. You will travel within your territory, meet with current and potential customers, and make a positive impact on your local community while delivering exceptional services and solutions to our valued partners. What you will do: Client Engagement : Travel within the sales territory to conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers consistently. Revenue Growth : Drive revenue by developing new customer relationships and increasing business with existing clients. Relationship Building : Cultivate and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers within your assigned territory. Sales Strategy : Develop and implement an effective sales strategy to drive results. Sales Targets : Continually meet or exceed sales targets by offering company solutions tailored to customer needs. Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, customer accounts, and sales. Market Awareness : Monitor industry competitors and market conditions to understand customer requirements. Collaboration : Collaborate with team members to build, maintain, and expand brand presence. Continuous Learning : Stay informed about industry trends, company products, and solutions. What You’ll Need: Education : Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience : Proven outside sales experience (3+ years). Skills : Strong consultative and negotiation skills. Excellent organizational and presentation abilities.
