The Account Manager II will meet with the sales lead and Solution Architect to build an association with the hiring supervisor and establish a sound understanding of all program expectations.Job ResponsibilitiesHelps to set expectations with clients regarding accounts and outcomes.Guides and consults clients on standard methodologies.Communicates efficiently with the Recruiting Team through weekly huddles for updates on candidate status'.Leads the final qualification of candidates provided by recruiters and may include interviewing candidates.Commits to communicating any candidate status changes to recruiters within 24-hrs.Reports weekly activity to clients.Owns responsibility for account successKey SkillsMust possess a strong understanding of project management expectationsExperience leading both clients and candidates throughout the search processAble to handle sensitive information and confidential situations on occasionsAbility to meet deadlines, multi-task, and accomplish work in order of priorityOutstanding communication skills, with the ability to build a rapport with people on all levelsQualificationsEducation & Years of ExperienceAssociate's Degree plus 2-5 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 4-7 years of work experienceAdditional ExperienceExperience in a client-facing roleExperience in sales or account managementWork Environment / Physical RequirementsWork is performed in an office/home office environment.Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.AMN Healthcare will provide reasonable accommodations to qualified individuals with disabilities to enable them to perform the essential functions of the job.Our Core Values● Respect ● Passion ● Continuous Improvement ● Trust ● Customer Focus ● InnovationAt AMN we embrace the ways we are similar and different; respecting all voices and ensuring everyone has the opportunity to contribute to our collective success.
