Account Manager, French & English
## Your role:
You will manage the accounts of a list of selected high-net-worth individuals from all parts of the world.
You will use predominantly email, phone, and Telegram to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships.
You will maximize the revenue earned from each account by understanding your clients' needs and satisfying them with Nexo's products and services.
You will ensure credibility with clients by maintaining detailed knowledge of Nexo's product portfolio, current market conditions, and competitors’ products.
You will be making sure your Salesforce records are up-to-date so management can work with accurate data.
## What makes you stand out
3-5 years in a sales or account management role in a Fintech or Financial services company.
Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Ability to manage, follow and execute account management processes from start to finish.
Excellent English and French language skills, complemented with an ability to adapt communication style according to the audience is a must.
Self-driven, with the ability to deliver results in a high-paced environment.
Passion for digital assets and knowledge of developments in the decentralized finance and related crypto ecosystems is a bonus.
