Manage Trade Budget, Rate and Drive Net Sales Realization.

Responsible for managing accurate sales and shipment forecast.

Develop and leverage a thorough knowledge of the customer, industry, and competitive landscape.

Own customer meetings and create the tactical plans to deliver Costco and Abbott's key objectives.

Develop and deliver team strategies, objectives, goals, and key performance metrics.
,
Actively lead, engage, and work with internal Abbott Nutrition functions, peers & colleagues to drive business results.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
,
2-3 years direct sales experience, preferably in the consumer packaged goods industry to Costco
,
Strong record of exceeding sales growth and share objective
,
Effective interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)
,
Ability to analyze data/market trends to effectively develop presentations, provide recommendations, and forecast performance
,
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Circana.
