Ā Responsible for managing accurate sales and shipment forecast.

Ā Develop and leverage a thorough knowledge of the customer, industry, and competitive landscape.

Ā Own customer meetings and create the tactical plans to deliver Costco and Abbott's key objectives.

Ā Develop and deliver team strategies, objectives, goals, and key performance metrics.

Ā Actively lead, engage, and work with internal Abbott Nutrition functions, peers & colleagues to drive business results.
Requirements
Ā Bachelor's Degree

Ā 2-3 years direct sales experience, preferably in the consumer packaged goods industry to Costco
,
Ā Strong record of exceeding sales growth and share objective
,
Ā Effective interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)
,
Ā Ability to analyze data/market trends to effectively develop presentations, provide recommendations, and forecast performance

Ā Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Circana.
