Summary
We Distribute Happiness! The Account Manager is the primary Coca-Cola contact between the large or small store managers or store owners and is responsible for the customer relationships along with increasing business by selling and ordering products within his or her sales territory's existing customer base.
Sales Territory: Brooklyn, NY (Coney Island Avenue)
Responsibilities
Ā Executes and closes all sales calls
Ā Sells in incremental displays and equipment placements; sells in promotional programs and ensure dealer compliance
Ā Stays in connection with sales call, maintains appropriate inventory levels, maintains company assets and point of sale, ensures account meets Company merchandising standards, determines product needs, places and transmits appropriate order in conjunction with existing geographic sales routes
Ā Communicates account activities to appropriate parties
Ā Builds, changes and removes product displays; maintaining product signage; cleaning product space and securing damaged or defective product
Ā Transports, replaces and maintains point of sale advertising as appropriate for accounts
Ā Acts as an Ambassador by providing customer service to consumers and store personnel by answering questions, locating product, and providing assistance as needed
Ā Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Ā Personal vehicle required (gas reimbursement provided)
Ā High School or GED (General Education Diploma) required
Ā Bachelor Degree preferred
Ā 1+ years of general work experience
Ā 1+ years previous sales experience preferred
Ā Food/beverage industry experience a plus
Ā Ability to handle multiple customer accounts
Ā Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
Ā Excellent planning and organization skills
Ā Proficient computer application skills
Ā Ability to create and conduct sales presentations preferred
Ā Valid driver's license and clean driving record within MVR policy guidelines
Ā Periodic lifting of 50+ pounds, bending, reaching, kneeling and light merchandising
