As an Account Manager Associate at Broker Online Exchange, you will manage brokerage partners, assist them in pricing and contracting, and develop partnerships to increase business revenue.ResponsibilitiesBuild and identify a high-performing broker portfolio by executing targeted outreach via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn InMails then onboarding them effectively, and supporting their long-term successOwn the day-to-day management of your broker accounts, ensuring all tasks required to support, price, and close new business are completed accurately and on timeServe as the primary point of contact for partner brokers, providing proactive support, guidance, and expertise to help them win and retain customersSupport the pricing and contracting process, helping brokers structure competitive deals, gather customer information, and navigate supplier requirementsBuild strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, communicating with clarity, confidence, and professionalismDevelop a strong understanding of suppliers, products, pricing structures, and broker operations, becoming a trusted resource within the indirect sales channelIdentify new business opportunities within your assigned accounts, analyzing trends, uncovering growth potential, and contributing to revenue through partner successAssist with special projects that enhance operational efficiency, improve partner experience, or support departmental initiativesMaintain organized, detailed records in a fast-paced environment, tracking deal progress, broker activity, and overall account healthBecome proficient with internal software tools and platforms, using them to streamline workflows, support brokers, and ensure seamless operationsCollaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including operations, pricing, and supplier partners, to deliver a smooth experience from initial quote to completed contractParticipate in occasional travel, meetings, or hosted events to strengthen partner relationships and deepen market understandingGrow your career in Account Management, gaining the experience and exposure needed to advance into more senior roles as the department continues to expandSkillsBachelor's degree in Communications, Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)1+ year of experience in Sales Support, Account Management Support, Business Administration, or a similar office-based roleHighly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with strong administrative and follow-through skillsPositive, professional, and supportive attitude, with the ability to create an encouraging environment for partners and peersExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to interact effectively with brokers, suppliers, and internal teamsStrong relationship-building abilities, capable of fostering trust, credibility, and long-term partnershipsProven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously, while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness in a fast-paced environmentQuick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools, processes, and evolving business needsA sense of ownership and accountability, consistently ensuring assigned responsibilities are completed on time and to a high standardComfortable working in a small, collaborative team, contributing to a supportive and high-performance cultureProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, with the ability to organize data, track activity, and support operational processesBenefitsWork-Life BalanceHybrid work modelIn-office collaborationRemote flexibilityCompany OverviewAppDirect is a cloud-based software company that provides a platform for businesses to sell and manage their software subscriptions.
