This outdoor role requires you to be comfortable with regular travel between stores, building relationships with decision-makers, and driving sales growth through face-to-face interactions.Tasks and ResponsibilitiesConduct regular in-person visits to retail locations within your assigned territoryDevelop and maintain strong relationships with store managers and key decision-makers Present our products/services through engaging demonstrations and presentationsMeet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs Identify new business opportunities within existing accountsRegularly track and report on sales activities, leads, and market insightsRepresent the company professionally in all client interactionsNavigate local market conditions and adapt sales strategies accordinglyExperience Requirements2+ years of successful outside sales experience, preferably in a B2B environmentProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field-based roleComfort with extended periods of walking, driving between locations, and outdoor exposure Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportationExperience with CRM software and mobile sales toolsBachelor's degree preferred but not required for candidates with strong sales experience
