About the teamThe Account Management team is responsible for owning and nurturing relationships with our partners on the platform. As Deliveroo continues to grow, we’ve become a major revenue channel for restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, and convenience stores.Our team goes beyond providing best-in-class support—we leverage data-driven insights and deep industry expertise to help our partners thrive. We’re a passionate, dynamic group who work seamlessly together and collaborate closely with teams across the business. And while we take our work seriously, we’re also known for being personable, fun, and great at building lasting relationships.What you’ll be doingManage and service a portfolio of small to medium partners with their growth and enquiries. This may include your favorite hawker stall to the chains that you see in shopping malls.Build relationships with partners and roll out initiatives that increase revenue and profitabilityShare best practices with partners to achieve operational excellenceUse data-driven insights to identify opportunities for partners to grow and understand their customer base betterWork with cross functional departments to drive business growth (Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, Deliveroo for Work)What skills you’ll needAt least 2-3 years experience in account servicing or salesStrong commercial acumenExcellent attention to detail, people skills and organization skillsAbility to create and maintain long term relationshipsDemonstrate experience using Microsoft Office or G-suite toolsA self-starter as we'll look for you to manage your own time and prioritiesMust be fluent in EnglishMust be able to converse in basic MandarinWhy DeliverooOur mission is to transform the way you shop and eat, bringing the neighbourhood to your door by connecting consumers, restaurants, shops and riders.
